IMPORTANT: Prescription Refills and Food Orders are not confirmed until you have received notification. A staff member will contact you by phone or email.
PICKUP: Please understand our prescription processing takes up to 48 hours after we confirm receipt of your submission. We ask that you wait 48 hours until you arrive for pickup. If you need a refill within 24 hours, please call us and let us know.
EXAM: Some prescriptions will require an examination of your pet before re-filling.
